Frontier call center agents are responsible for creating and developing relationships with customers, acquiring new customers, providing customer service, troubleshooting customer repair issues, creating payment arrangements for past-due customers and updating records in our customer management and billing systems. This position requires knowledge of both inbound and outbound telemarketing/sales skills as well as customer support skills.
